Using Invoice Hop
Invoice Hop is an app for creating and sending invoices, estimates and receipts. You must be at least 18 and use it for a lawful business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, prices and taxes.
Payments between you and your customers
Invoice Hop is not a bank, payment processor or money transmitter, and never receives or holds payments. Customers pay you directly. Card payments are processed in your own Stripe account under your agreement with Stripe, including its fees, disputes and chargebacks. Payments by PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, check or bank transfer happen outside Invoice Hop.
Subscriptions
- The Free plan includes 3 invoices or estimates a month.
- Pro is billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you subscribe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s policies.
- AI invoicing on Pro is unlimited for normal use. We may limit unusual volume to prevent abuse.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Invoice Hop to send fake invoices, phishing, spam or messages to people who aren’t your customers, or to pretend to be another business. We limit how many emails an account can send each day and may suspend accounts that are reported or that harm email delivery for others.
Your content
You own your invoices, customer lists and photos. You give us permission to store and send them only as needed to run the features you use. AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes; check every draft before you send it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Invoice Hop running, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost income, unpaid invoices or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
